3 years ago the brand new Shed End had been built and was ready to welcome the crowd for our derby with Hednesford Town!
4 years of graft and perseverance from Mitch, Mark, Ben, Al and many more ensured dry, safe accommodation and also the chance to generate that famous roar!
There is now a team looking at terracing and covering the club end of the ground.

2 years today we launched the new Shed End!
The club's lottery helped fund some of the final stages and since then has helped many other projects. We now look forward to that pot helping fund various other projects. With the membership currently just over 300 we would love it if we could boost that to 500!

Hello All.
First we had the Shed End, driven by fans and now we have the new Fans’ Bar, driven by fans!
If you put your mind, will and elbow grease to it, you can do what you want so fair play to all involved!
We continue to look at ideas for funding and one of these is selling the hundreds of football programmes that we had, donated. While we sold some packages to fund the Shed End, there is a whole selection in the Fans Bar that you can look at and pick up for a donation. This keeps our pot ticking over so we can look forward.

A message to all who have contributed to the Ground Development fund via your Boro Lottery Commission.
After a chat with Eric Robins, he has decided to stop his commission going into this account and will now be donating those funds to the newly set up Players Fund for the foreseeable future.
We would like to place on record our thanks to Eric, for his help during the Shed End Project. The Lottery will continue to directly help fund infrastructure but cannot contribute to any playing budget, hence Eric donating his pot to that cause and the Lottery helping with any internal projects.

It’s been one big journey getting phase one of the Shed End done but we got there. With the final piece of paperwork in our possession, the building control certificate, we add our continued thanks to everybody who backed us, but also add our thanks to the Boost The Boro Lottery for stepping in and funding the very last payments to get the scheme cleared. With the lottery now being promoted to help further ground improvements, including a 50% commission for such work, maybe its time for us all to get on board!
