Sometimes it’s nice just to get out of the house, enjoy a coffee and have a chat with a few familiar faces.

You don’t need a match or an event as an excuse to pop into the club. We’re open during the week from midday, so whether you’re meeting a friend or simply fancy a change of scenery and a bit of company, you’ll always find a warm welcome here.

🎶 5 DAYS TO GO!

The countdown is officially ON! In just five days, Square Leg Music Festival returns to Stafford Cricket & Hockey Club for two days of live music, great food and plenty of festival atmosphere.

We’ve got a fantastic weekend lined up, with live country music kicking things off on Friday evening before Saturday brings AC/DShe, Hammered, Back to the 80s UK, 20 Mile Island and Rich Parsons to the stage.

Just look at this swish setup for a recent 40th birthday celebration!

The black and gold theme looks fantastic in the room, complete with a lovely spread ready for guests and the DJ all set up to get everyone on the dance floor later in the evening.

🎶 IT’S HAPPENING THIS MONTH AND TICKETS ARE FLYING OUT THE DOOR! 🎶

Square Leg Music Festival returns on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th September, and this year we’re going bigger with TWO days of live music at Stafford Cricket & Hockey Club! 🍻🎸

Friday gets the weekend started from 6pm with live country music, before Saturday brings a packed afternoon and evening of live music from 3pm, featuring 20 Mile Island, Hammered, AC/DShe and more.

We’ll have food stalls on site, licensed bars open in the pavilion and our performance marquee will be back, so whatever the September weather throws at us, the music keeps going!

There are plenty of ticket options available, including weekend tickets, but with tickets already flying out the door, don’t leave it too late to get yours. 🎟️

☀️ Just look at all that natural light!

This was how our function room was set up for our recent county cricket event, and we love how it really shows off just how bright and airy the space can be.

With large windows overlooking the grounds and plenty of natural light flooding in, the room works beautifully for daytime events as well as evening celebrations.

Another reminder of just how versatile this space can be.

🍂 September is here, and the mood is shifting...

We’ve loved all the bright colours and florals of summer, but now we’re ready for those gorgeous autumn tones to start making an appearance.

Think burnt orange, deep reds, warm neutrals, rich greenery and plenty of cosy little details. Our autumn mood board has us VERY ready for the season ahead! 🍁
