A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us today for our Summer Exhale Retreat. 💛

From gentle yin yoga and calming sound healing to soothing head and shoulder massages and yoga nidra, we hope you left feeling nurtured, rested, and restored.

✨ A little Sunday update… ✨

I’ve had so many of you asking for more gentle yoga and somatic classes, and I know many of you have missed them.

So, for the next two Sundays, I’ll be guiding you through Somatic Yoga Flow at 10:00am, a gentle practice to help you reconnect, release tension and support your nervous system.

From Sunday 2nd August, Shake the Dust will become a monthly offering, taking place on the first Sunday of each month. This means we’ll be able to keep the energy and magic of Shake the Dust as a special monthly experience, while enjoying Somatic Yoga Flow on the Sundays in between.

There’s something for every mood… whether you need to slow down and reconnect or move, shake and let go.

A little reminder too… our Summer Exhale Retreat is this weekend and is almost fully booked! If you’ve been thinking about joining us, please send me a message for more information before the remaining spaces are gone.
