Hope you are well, and 2020 season has come to a close.
A year most people would like to see disappear, and look forward to a brighter one in 2021!

Mentioning 2021, the B word (Brexit) as you are aware, you need to apply for pre-settled status. BUT YOU need to APPLY 6 months within your departure date from UK. Otherwise you will not gain entry into the UK as an unskilled worker .

So, please, please GET a biometric passport in your country of origin and apply for your pre-settled status. WE want you Back!!

We deem you as not just employees but part of the extended family. This year, personally I have seen personalities have shone brightly and cared for the team, worked with us amazingly alongst our values- we thank you all.

You have been brave, positive and carried on working no matter Covid-19 times has thrown at us! I am proud to have worked with you and hope to work with you in the future ( Letters of invite are going out)

We are following the guidance of WHO on the appropriate preventative measures for COVID-19.
Also, we have shop for our camp residents hence to reduce shopping to the nearest town and local farmers are supplying milk, butter,bread, potatoes as required.Simply, we are trying to help our staff to the best of our abilities.
English recruits/ offsite workers please contact us on the website, and we will contact you as soon as we have the appropriate measures in place to accommodate you with work..... that can entail car parking, how we would pay you etc.

Happy Mothers Day! Hope you are enjoying the sunshine, and the splendid colours of daffodils swaying in the light breeze.

Now to ensure you are safe travelling to us: take precautionary measures with reference to the World Health Organisation.

TOGETHER WITH OUR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES OF OURS:
Keep a safe distance from OTHER travellers at least 1 metre if possible, wash you hands with soap for 20 seconds before eating OR USE HAND ALCHOL SANITISER, avoid touching face, avoid using public transport as possible - we will try to collect you.

Borders are closing, we will accommodate and give you work
NOT A PROBLEM.
Farm shop being opened earlier than planned to supply you with essentials.

Easter Bake-off Competition Yesterday on a Romanian Easter!
Wonderful cakes provided by staff, baked in caravans and enjoyed with sparkling rose wine with us.
Judging was very difficult, all were exceptional and typical of tradition.
There were serviette decorations and traditional decorated eggs brought. Staff informed us on the tradition of the use of a hardboiled decorated eggs.
From Dearnsdale Fruit a heart felt thankyou for all that participated, and we hope all enjoyed themselves.

Happy St Davids' Day a Welsh Patron Saint! Celebrating this day since 12th Century with daffodils in Britain.
Why daffodils? Because the daffodil share the common name for leeks. Leeks were worn in battle with St David and victory was won! Other cultures such as Bulgarians men are given homemade bands to celebrate the first day of Spring and Romanians a red,white string with hanging tassel to bring the wearer luck with health and strength in the year to come or recent times meaning love,friendship and respect. Well thats it for the history lesson?!!!
