Great start to the week at Lifesportfitness, 2 x PT clients, the two Chair aerobics sessions at Hixon and Great Haywood, into the evening
,small group PT session, great use of outside again, in a Hyrox Vs Deka and finally advanced strength, with chest focus, amazing to see the growth of these members from beginners a few months ago.

Super proud of today. I achieved an age group win 51-57 at the The Hybrid Games, I did it yesterday and spent the last 24hrs waiting to see if I could hold on to the position. My first ever hybrid event flag ❤️, started training January 2025 and love the atmosphere of hybrid sports, my aim has always been to achieve a podium result. At 52 anything is achievable, your never too old to start dreaming or training to achieve, what ever your goal, go for it and you will get there. Thank you Storm Performance Centre for the amazing sessions, which have helps me achieve this goal 💪.

Deadly dozen world champions next in September, going to try and get on the podium there, wish me luck.

Hybrid games 😁 thanks Storm Performance Centre for the opportunity to compete today in my first Hybrid games, currently in 1st place for AG podium, but still another day to go, so fingers 🤞 this could be my first ever flag 😁.

Back tomorrow with Toni Collier for mixed doubles, looking forward to doing it again.
