Just get through six weeks.

Just lose the weight.

Then you can stop.

But what happens when you stop?

The habits disappear.

And eventually the results disappear too.

Looks after herself consistently.

Gets back on track after a difficult week.

Chooses protein most of the time.

Moves her body regularly.

Keeps going even when life gets busy.

Trusts herself.

And that's exactly why quick-fix diets so often fail.

Because they focus on changing your weight.

Not changing your habits.

Too late to lose weight.

You don't need another diet.

I know that might sound strange coming from a weight loss coach, but hear me out.

Most women I speak to don't have a knowledge problem.

They know they should:
✔ eat more protein
✔ move more
✔ drink more water
✔ get more sleep

The problem isn't knowing what to do.

The problem is finding a way to do it consistently while juggling work, family, kids, holidays, weekends, stress and real life.

That's why another strict plan usually isn't the answer.

Because eventually the diet stops.

And when the diet stops, the results often disappear too.

What you actually need is a way of eating and living that still works:

• on holiday
• at birthdays
• during busy weeks
• at Christmas
• next year
• and five years from now

Because the goal isn't to lose weight for six weeks.

The goal is to create habits that allow you to lose weight, keep it off, and feel good in your own skin for years to come.
