Sort of forgot about this page but everyone always like to see ponies…

A fab session with Jon last night focusing on rideability with some very difficult lines, which was a challenge to begin with as I had a dragon underneath me!! But we had a great session Sparks felt like he was literally flying and jumping some very big fences, I think we’re definitely ready to get back out eventing😁

Bit late for an update but school sometimes gets in the way...
Fab weekend at Weston on the weekend, Sparks never fails to surprise me, this time we had bucking before going down the centre line so a little tense to be gone with but he soon settled to produce a lovely test of 31.5!

Showjumping was just unlucky with a pole but he jumped his heart out and going around the Showjump course without a ‘sparky flyer’ clearly isn’t possible but oh well!

And XC the best bit, clearly my xc machine loves cross country to open the section in a clear xc inside the time leaving us with a placing of 9th!!
Couldn’t be prouder of him💙
Just one more event this weekend until the season ends!!

Good day out at Kelsall BE80RF today to finish 4th on 31.3 (his dressage score). And to top it off he qualified for BE80 Championships in 3weeks!! Couldn’t be prouder of Sparks he is really coming on and that’s now reflecting in his results! 💙💙

Great day out at Cholmondley Castle Unaffiliated! Sparky as per usual was on top form coming 11th in his section. Sort of threw him in the deep end being my first event this season and going and doing my first ever 90 but he rose to the occasion and I couldn’t be more pleased with him!!
Even with a tense and hurried dressage test, we were still able to achieve a respectable 33 dressage. Clear Showjumping and clear XC apart from 4.8 time penalties for being too fast😳 which was shocking since last season he was getting time penalties at 80 for being too slow!!! Overall great day out and a great confidence boost💙

Great day for Sparky at Poole Equine scoring a respectable dressage score of 77.2% in the BE100 107 test. Typically he twisted a shoe in the dressage meaning we couldn’t showjump! Overall a great trip out for the first time since lockdown! 💙
