I’ve introduced a new Sports Massage form making your treatment experience even simpler!

Effective immediately, forms will now only need to be completed annually or if there are any changes to your health or circumstances. All existing clients will need to complete the new form at your next appointment.

You can still book appointments at my clinic locations, but if you’d prefer the convenience of treatment in your own space, I’ve got you covered.
