On the 25/26th July, I will be hosting a charity bikeathon. With help from Manic Run Club, we will be biking for 24hrs in aid of Samaritans and East Anglia Air Ambulance.

Please join us in support by coming down to Gainz Fitness & Strength jumping on the bikes or enjoying the various other activities throughout the weekend!
