Some pictures from the official opening of our newly-refurbished clubhouse on Sunday. Special thanks to Mayor Richard Slade and all our special guests who have provided funding support to enable us to create such a special environment to watch and play tennis together and enjoy a drink and a chat afterwards! We can't mention everyone here, but a special shout out to the organisations and individuals who have provided funding for the refurb, including The Thalia WB Community Fund, Sport England and Ivan Twigden, a former member who has been especially generous with personal donations on more than one occasion. Thanks also to Cambridgeshire LTA who supported us with a generous loan, and to other supporters including the town's Rotary Clubs who provided support for our new access ramp and viewing deck completed in 2024. Finally, thanks to Warren Gunn, a past (and hopefully future member!), who is the brilliant professional photographer who took these stunning pictures.
