Pilates was never meant to be a group exercise class with a teacher wearing a microphone yelling PULSE at you. When you try a classically focused studio, with just 3-5 people in each class, you’ll finally appreciate why it can’t be taught well at scale.

As a small studio, based in the heart of St Neots, Pilates is our passion. We are a Teacher owned studio. We practice STOTT Pilates, we have a strong reputation of providing the highest quality instruction, teaching just 4 people per open class or working privately 1:1 or 1:2. No fads, no fuss, just great Pilates!
