💛Our Music & Movement classes are friendly, relaxed and designed especially for the 50+ community. No pressure, no complicated routines — just great music, gentle movement and a lovely group of ladies.

You can come on your own — everyone is welcomed and looked after. Most people say “I wish I’d come sooner!”
