Its easy when things are going right. But what happens when they go wrong?
This where most people get derailed
They believe they have messed up, ruined their progress, f**cked everything up and so whats the point in carrying on
To be frank: its not the mistake, slip up or failure itself that is the problem, its succumbing to emotion and letting it fester overtime that forces you backwards
So how to stop this: reset as quickly as possible as many times as you need too

Underrated hack (if you like) that will make eating healthy EASIER & MORE ENJOYABLE 🍎
And yes it might seem boring, BUT, its highly highly effective
And heres why:
✅ Reduces the number of decisions you have to make on a daily basis (and I know deciding on what to eat is a pain in the bum!)
✅ Makes grocery shopping easier (as its the same thing to buy again and again)
✅ Cuts down on meal prep time because it becomes automatic
Your evening meal is where flexibility can come in because youll have time to think and prepare after work, plus you'll be eating with others, so it make the most sense to have variety here
However, if having the same thing bores the hell out of you and you want to "live a little" then look to have 3/4 meals on rotation. Ill even help out by putting some BREAKFAST ideas below (because its my favourite meal of the day AND its sets your day off well AND because you know I am good like that 😉 😃)

1️⃣ Scrambled eggs, seeds , toast
2️⃣Overnight oats with protein powder, berries, dark chocolate
3️⃣ Omelette with spinach, tomatoes,low fat cheese
4️⃣Bagel thin, bacon medallions, avocado

I really cant recommend this protocol enough as it will start making nutrition and eating healthier easy and simpler !

What isnt cool is having a poor relationship with food and body image, but also osteoporosis
So it’s big news seeing women transition over to strength training from the typical cardio style circuit/ aerobic/ b***y / body pump classes. Everything thats max cals and max sweat
Sure aerobic work has its place and its absolutely necessary for heart health but no one can deny the benefits strength training has (the BBC just wrote an article on it, happy to send it to you if you want it)
But I know the transition can be hard: its a lot slower pace, more rest time, care of movements rather than racing through it, but all I can say it, bare with it. You are conditioned to always be on the move and when you arent, its feels wrong
Just know that this is one of the best things you can be doing for yourself and the sooner you start, the better
….. we are entering a new era and I am here for it, especially with the rise of weight loss drugs and body trends, this is something I can get on board with trending
