I am not a big banana fan but I had ran out of blueberries and these were scrummy!! I always crave warm/hot food when the weather is grim so these are peerrfect πŸ‘ŒπŸ½πŸ’›
Another easy recipe and this was basically whatever I had left! ..
Ingredients to blend together.
25g oats
2/3 banana other 1/3 on top
1 egg
1 egg white
10g protein powder (if you don’t have can replace with 2 egg whites)
Splash of almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder ..
Also this would make 5 small, I ate one before I took a picture and then made a large one 🀣 so excuse that πŸ˜…

STRIKE A POSE πŸ§˜πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ

I’ve been trying to spend more time on my stretching, posture and mobility. I have been writing out different movements from my neck down and focusing on different movements to realign my body. Due to Covid i haven’t been able to book in for a sports massage and with 6 lots of hiit a week, I have had to make a conscious effort.
Stretching after each workout is one BIG change I have made and it’s really helped with recovery!
So get stretchy people, even if it’s just 5 minutes!

This has got to be my favourite breakfast. Super easy with 3 ingredients it’s quick and perfectly balanced. I actually got this recipe from my first PT years ago and it’s stuck with me!
Ingredients-
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
40g oats
50g blueberries

Method:
Blend your ingredients. Heat the pan and spray some low cal oil. This will make you 3 pancakes so add a third to the pan. When done add to plate. Cook all three.
Top with strawberries and sweet freedom syrup or whatever you choose!

Coconut-Nutty Raw Cheesecake Slices🀩
These are delicious with only 4g sugar per serving guilt free healthier alternative! You can easily replace ingredients to make gluten free and fully vegan πŸ’›
Here’s the recipe:
BASE
155g (1Β½ cups) Low sugar Granola
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
20ml Fruit Syrup (sweet-freedomuk)
FILLING
100g (3/4 cup) Mixed chopped nuts
50g (1/2 cup) Protein of choice (I chose vegan vanilla flavour)
30ml Fruit Syrup ()
50ml Almond Milk
TOPPING
35g (1/4 cup) Dark Chocolate (Lindt dark salted caramel)
Instructions:
1. Blend together the granola with the melted coconut oil and syrup
2. Press this mixture into a square lined tin
3. Blend together the filling ingredients and place on top of the base. Place in the fridge while you melt the chocolate
4. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds burst until melted.
5. Pour over the filling and then place in the freezer for around 2 hours to set before slicing into squares! I then store mine in the freezer and get one out 10 mins before.

Lockdown has made us all into little bakers ☺️
