Working on improving stamina and recovery again….Tabata is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY OR FUN!! ☠️ So let’s work on that, and get our heads down and crack on! 💥💥💥

Monday evening in Brampton, and the boys were in the majority for once! Great effort from everyone as we repeated this mornings circuit. We even had time for a double lap of the park to finish, the reward for working so hard and cracking on! 💪🏻🔥🔥🔥

Monday Morning started our workout week with a Bang!! 💥

Definitely some ‘Secret Sprinters’ in our midst this morning in St Neots!! Some amazing running went on down the park from this lot. It’s funny what a spot of (not so) friendly competition can do! There was lots of running, cheating and insults flying about everywhere! 🙉🤣

Mid week 8 rep adapted challenge. Gone with the 8 minute timing pressure, but more of a full on, continuous session, working at your own pace to get it done. Amazing efforts from this brilliant bunch; finished the main event…..and even had time for 2 extra mini rounds! Booooom! 💥💥💥
