Then come and join the LeanTeam Boot Camp to get yourself started. Spend 50 minutes two times per week doing our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts which are designed to help you burn calories and improve your overall strength. Our Boot Camp will allow people of all abilities to join in with a fun and challenging range of exercises using a mixture of bodyweight as well as equipment t

o achieve a full body workout. Leanteam has grown from strength to strength since it's birth in 2016 and is a community of like minded people who encourage each other every session. Having been in the fitness industry since 2010, Ollie's experience will ensure each workout is varied and designed to improve your overall fitness level and help get you to that target you have in mind.
