University of St Andrews Parkour and Freerunning Club Training times: Tue 1600-1800, Wed 1700-1900, Sat afternoon outdoors (arranged weekly via groupchat)

The University of St Andrews Parkour and Freerunning Club is inclusive, social and provides a community for both existing and new practitioners. No matter your level of experience, we'd love to see you at our training sessions on Wednesday and Saturday/Sunday. If you need extra convincing, we are also the cheapest sport club in the Athletic Union and require no specialist kit!

As the academic year nears its end, parkour gets livelier! Out of the kidness of our hearts, we are hosting a farewell GIAG during the first hour of our usual Thursday training slot!

For those of you who thought they missed out, you have not! We would love to have you! Deadlines are giving everyone a hard time so if you want a nice way to decompress and learn some new skills, don't be shy to come along!

First two sessions are always free! If you do enjoy the GIAG, you can cash these in over our last few parkour sessions this semester :)

A sinners pres will be hosted by parkour and it is a great opportunity to rock up and have a good time! A plus is that will also be there and you get to mingle with the flippers of parkour and the dancers of BALLADS!
