I provide fitness classes through Fife Sports & Leisure Centres situated around St Andrews and Cupar, Fife. Classes run throughout the year with minimal breaks due to public holidays- please contact me to check class for disruptions. Also available for Personal Trainer and Massage Appointments on request. I provide services for one-to-one, small groups or organised classes (numbers are venue dependant).

We are up and running again👍 we had the first class at Kemback V.H in Fife. We started off with OFF THE LIP a nice easy 17:14 as I didn't want to break any on the first class back. Needn't have worried as they were all raring to go and it was a great class. Low numbers but at least we're back and numbers will pick up again once the word gets out👅. The next class is at Kemback again at 6pm on Wednesday, followed by Saturday at 9:30am. Usual price per class at £4 or the monthly offers as before. Happy days again!!
