Install Day 12 - it’s actually starting to feel like a gym now!

We got our treadmill and the rest of our dumbbells in this week; added some new signage on the door; and the foliage around the gym has had a nice trim.

Our final pieces of equipment are due to arrive next week…then opening time! 😬

Day 2 of the install: air con day! A tale of 🧊 and🔥

Did I have regrets about cranking the heat up full blast to test it out? Yes, yes I did. Testing the coldest setting was a nice relief, but the regret remained.

Lesson learned, leave it on Auto!

After no updates for a while, you’ll be hearing a lot more over the next few weeks!

This is our gym building starting its journey to St Andrews this morning 🥳

We’ll be in St Andrews West bright and early tomorrow starting the install…then there’ll be a week or so of getting it kitted out inside.
