Announcement: there will be no club this evening due to weather but we will be back next week

Reminder that we start back this Monday at 6pm! Still on the look out for new members so if you know of someone who would enjoy/benefit from the club tell them to come along.

We run every Monday night 6-8pm. With new sports running every week for those with physical and learning disabilities. It only cost £3.50 to come along and participate. For an extra £1 you can access the pool and go for a swim as well*. There is 2 sessions of different sports with a 20 minute break inbetween. During the break feel free to use our onsight cafe full of snacks, soft drinks, tea and coffee. We hope to see you soon.
