Today’s Youth–Adult class featured Sensei Sarah’s “Don't drop the egg” game 🥚

Mentor Sherps and Harry may have had the height advantage (literally head and shoulders above the rest 😆), but youngest competitor Bowen gave it everything and held his own brilliantly!

Bonus points to Bowen’s dad for creating this epic graphic 😂👏

Please make sure you bring plenty of water to class and stay hydrated. We’ll be taking things a little slower than usual and having lots of drink breaks throughout the sessions.

🏋️‍♀️ Even instructors need structure and goals! 💪

Sensei Sarah is focusing on her own training and has downloaded an app to help organise and track her workouts — because having a plan helps keep you motivated, consistent, and focussed. 👊

She’ll be sharing some of her gym sessions along the way, so stay tuned for plenty of fitness motivation, training ideas, and maybe a few challenges too 🔥

No matter your fitness level, remember that consistency is key — small steps done regularly lead to big results.

More than just punches and kicks… our 1:1 sessions are designed to help members build confidence, coordination, balance, and control.

In this session, we used specialist equipment that isn’t often available during group classes, including the Bosu ball to improve balance, stability, and kick control, along with box jumps to develop agility, coordination, and explosive movement. 🔥
