Fantastic finale to the season for these guys competing long course at the East Midlands Festival of Swimming this weekend against teams from all over the region. Some great swims and PB times for all three. Despite the tough competition, Georgia picked up a Silver for 100m fly. Lyla picked up bronzes for 50m and 100m breastroke and Harrison picked up a gold in the open category on 200m breast plus a regional qualifying time. So proud of ALL our swimmers and their achievements this season. They have all made amazing progress🥇🥈🥉🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️👏👏

Fantastic weekend competing at the Chestefield Summer Splash 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊💦. It was debatable at times whether it was wetter in the pool or outside 🤔⛈️🌦. So proud of our swimmers who gave everything and picked up some well deserved medals in their age groups including at least one gold for each of the girls, multiple PB times and new county qualifying times for Georgia and Lyla on 100m backstroke. We're prouder still of how they supported each other through the highs and the lows 🙌👏. Well done team Spinkhill! 🥇🥈🥉

A great day at Nottingham Northern for Jude and Georgia. Very hot along with some really tough competition but they both achieved some fabulous PB’s and heats results. Georgia picked up a trophy from the finals for butterfly. Jude gained a Derbyshire County qualifying time on Freestyle for next years county championships. Well done guys, you both swam your hearts out today!

Another busy day today for the Dolphins at the Etwall meet. Georgia picked up silver medals for all her events, smashing last weeks PBs down further on freestyle and fly and knocking an impressive 15 seconds off her IM PB time. Happy Birthday to Lyla who swam in her first open meet today age 9 achieving her first set of PBs on 50m Freestyle and breaststroke. She really enjoyed it. Well done swimmers! 👏

A busy couple of competing weekends for the Dolphins. Last weekend saw Ella, Georgia and Harrison compete at the Chesterfield Spring meet. PBs all round for the three of them. Ella knocked over 10 seconds off her Freestyle and back times and swam fly and breast for the first time at an open meet. In addition to new PB times in all her events, Georgia achieved a county qualifying time on 100 freestyle. Harrison picked up medals for 50 breast and 200IM. Well done swimmers!
