Want a lean, toned physique for summer?

Most women think the answer is endless cardio and eating as little as possible ❌
The reality is much simpler:
✓ Lift weights consistently
✓ Eat enough protein
✓ Stay active outside the gym (go for daily walks)
✓ Get quality sleep
✓ Stay patient
A lean physique isn’t built in 4 weeks. It’s built through small habits repeated for months.
If I was starting today, I’d focus on:
• 3-5 strength sessions per week
• Protein with every meal
• 8-12k steps daily
• 7-9 hours of sleep
• Progressively getting stronger
Do that consistently and your body composition will change dramatically.
