ONLY 1 MORE REHEARSAL LEFT TILL FULL RUN!! We need everyone to be attending all classes and rehearsals so they can be fully ready and confident to perform on stage in just a few short weeks!

Rehearsal 7 - Sunday 21st June

***Please note: AGAIN MORE DIFFERENT TIMES!! ***

11.00am - 12.00pm = Intermediate Acro/Cheer - 'Immortals' rehearsal
12.00pm - 1.00pm = Senior and Advanced Acro - 'Warrior' and 'Ultra' rehearsals
1.00pm - 2.00pm = All MT pupils (including Adults) - REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR COSTUMES!
2.00pm - 2.30pm = All Pop Dance Pupils and Graduate Performers - REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR COSTUMES!
2.30pm - 5.00pm = All other 'Full Participation' Pupils
5.00pm - 5.30pm = Graduate, Senior and 1st Intermediate Modern/Pop pupils for Opening rehearsal
5.30pm - 6.30pm = Graduate Modern - 'Too Darn Hot' rehearsal

JBD’s 5 Top Tips for Stretching 🎶

1️⃣ Warm up first - stretching a cold body can result in injury.

2️⃣ Move slowly and gently - Avoid bouncing.

3️⃣ Hold your stretches for 30 seconds.

4️⃣ Breathe normally - don’t hold your breath.

5️⃣ Be consistent – a few minutes serval times a week is better than one long stretching session.

BONUS TIP - Stretch both sides equally - remember you have two legs.

Small steps, steady progress, big results!
