Sometimes we get so focused on where we want to be that we forget to appreciate just how far we’ve already come.⏳
These photos are a reminder of exactly that. 💫
As an online client, this lady follows a programme tailored specifically to her through my app, she logs her workouts independently, provides regular feedback, checks in weekly and consistently hits her calorie and protein targets while still enjoying the foods she loves. All tracked through my app 📲
But what makes me most proud isn’t just the physical progress...🧠
It’s the transformation in her mindset around training and nutrition. 🍗🥦
She has learned how to live a balanced lifestyle, enjoy social occasions, fuel her body properly, and still achieve amazing results. No extremes. No restrictions. Just sustainable habits that fit her life.☮️🥂 Her weight hasn’t changed drastically but the changes in her body certainly have! I remind so many of you so often to not listen to the scales!! There are so many aspects like sleep, hydration, salt, stress etc that they don’t take into account! ❌
My client can be incredibly hard on herself at times and often doesn’t see what everyone else can see. That’s exactly why I wanted to share these photos today, to remind her of the journey she has already smashed and the progress she should be so proud of.📸🩷
Her attitude, commitment, and willingness to trust the process have been nothing short of inspiring. ❤️
This is only the beginning, and I genuinely can’t wait to see how far we can take this.

On reflection of the last few months, I just wanted to share how honestly overwhelmed I am with gratitude 🥹❤️💪🏽
To every single person who has walked through the doors of my studio, thank you. It has been an absolute privilege to be part of your journey and to have the opportunity to train such an incredible group of people.🥰
Thank you for showing up, for trusting me, for pushing yourselves, and for bringing your energy into my studio every day. 💥🫶🏽

Thank you for the squats, the laughs, the sweat, the determination, and all the moments in between that make this community so special….and hilarious 😆✌🏼

💗🙌🏽🔥CLIENT PROGRESS 👏🔥🩷

Chloe started her PT journey with me back in January after already smashing a huge amount of weight loss on her own 👏 She knew she didn’t just want to lose weight anymore, she wanted to change the shape of her body, build strength, confidence and create sustainable habits that fit around her lifestyle. 🙏🏼🩷

Since then she has shown up WEEK IN WEEK OUT. Resistance training twice a week religiously, getting her steps in between sessions, throwing in the odd home workout and absolutely smashing her protein targets while trying new foods and creating a fresh mindset around nutrition 💪🏼

And the results? They speak for themselves 😮‍💨
✨ Inches lost from every part of her body
✨ A much leaner physique
✨ Glutes growing and lifting 🍑
✨ Definition coming through in her back and shoulders
✨ And not to mention that tiny waist 😍

What makes me even prouder though is how hard Chloe has worked mentally as well as physically. Stepping out of a comfort zone is HARD and on the weeks where your head’s not fully in the game, you STILL turn up, push through and smash your sessions every single time 🫶🏽 That consistency is what gets results. 🥇

Only a couple of months ago Chloe struggled doing a bodyweight lunge… and now she’s DEADLIFTING HER BODYWEIGHT 🤯 What an achievement that is.💥
You swear at me every session gal 😂 but it never stops you getting the work done. (Noted though… I will NEVER make you do wall balls ever again 🤣)

I hope you feel as good as you look my hun because honestly you are doing absolutely fabulous and you look unreal ❤️

Sustainability is key 🔑

We’re not chasing a quick fix here, we’re building habits and making changes that you can actually maintain long term while still living your life. 🫶🏽

I am SO proud of how far you’ve come already and I’m buzzing to see where the next few months take you 🔥

If you’re thinking about starting next week, don’t wait for the “perfect time”… it doesn’t exist. Just start. 🎬
Quick reminder: you don’t need to be fit to start. 🤗
That’s literally the whole point of coming.💥
Every session can be adapted to your level, whether you’re just starting out or already training regularly.🏋🏼‍♀️
The hardest part is walking through the door the first time. After that, it gets easier.👀
