!!!! 20th August gym update
As its results day for my oldest the gym is closed 6am -7am
Open back up at 9am till 10:15
9:30 am class is still on
Will re open back at 5pm for usual evening hours

Opening Hours Update 🕒

We’ve got some upcoming temporary changes to our gym opening hours in the next few weeks this is just while on holiday and getting the kids ready for back to school and college

Please keep an eye out for the updated timetable, and make sure you check the new hours before your next visit.

Well that’s me officially back in the uk 😫. It’s been amazing holiday with the best company, and a well needed rest.
I will be back in the gym tomorrow night and answering any messages tomorrow. Can’t wait to see all my members. Much love Natalie. And a lovely photo of me and my girls 😘.
