🥊Throwback🥊

A year ago today was our first class!! 🥊

There has been a few faces come & go and we have moved venues a few times, but now in our own gym & a few faces still remain that have been with us since the beginning.

Onwards & upwards to the next year!!

‼️ Polite Notice Please Read ‼️

Can we ask if you are not attending a session can you please just pop one of us a message to let us know.

Yes we have kept the gym open during these hot days (and previous) as we can take it slower and have plenty of ventilation etc but we also have been at work all day in the heat ourselves (& would also like to just be chilling at home in our pants 😂) if we know there is only 1 turning up then we can make the call to give everyone a night off.

It also makes it easier to plan sessions to have a rough idea on who is going to be here.

As ever please make sure you are having plenty of fluids in this warm weather 🥊

🥊 please make sure you are keeping well hydrated during the day & bring water with you (can be refilled here)

🥊 doors & windows open & fan will be on in the gym as usual

🥊wear light breathable clothing (no trackies/hoodies)

🥊more breaks & slower work rate
