Monday 9.30 Yoga - a Hatha based practice perfect for complete beginners

Monday 18.30 LBT blast- mix of cardio & light equipment based body conditioning

Monday 19.35 Step & Tone - Energetic aerobics based routines using a Reebok step followed by 10 mins of Abs

Tuesday 9.30 (online only) yoga - a traditional style class based on Hatha & some vinyasa flows

Tuesday 18.30 Zenga an innovative b

lend of Yoga, Pilates & Mini Stability Ball work incorporating relaxation

Tuesday 19.30 Gentle Yoga a very relaxed slower paced session perfect to unwind

Wednesday 9.30 Zenga (as above)

Thursday 18.30 Fitness yoga (online class) - stretches targeting strength as well as depth mixed with a little LBT! Friday 9.30 - Yoga a traditional style class incorporating a selection on vinyasa flows

All classes are multi level suiting all ages ranges & abilities so come along have fun, relax & get fit. The whole well being package. Don't be shy come along & try we are a very friendly supportive bunch.

We are coming together to raise vital funds for St Barnabas Hospice and to highlight the incredible, compassionate at-home palliative care they provide to families across our community. St Barnabas does phenomenal work ensuring patients can receive dignified, professional end-of-life care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

My Dad benefitted greatly from this incredible charity in the last few months of his life.
