SUMMER HAS ARRIVED!! ☀️🌻

Please find below our 2026 summer season opening hours at the club in Long Sutton.

Do get in touch if there are any issues.

We hope all our members have a fun, enjoyable and competitive season (whether they are playing indoor or outdoor bowls) or if anyone is resting up for the next winter season, have a nice break and we will see you all again soon!

The club Presentation Night was held on Friday 24th April at Long Sutton and saw approximately 40 members come together to celebrate the achievements of this last indoor season both within the club in domestic leagues & competitions, as well as those who were successful at county & national level. The event also saw a mini Quiz to keep the competitive juices flowing and the same members enjoy the facilities with food being locally provided (catz kitchen) and other refreshments made by some of our ladies. A very well done again to all the winners and a special thanks to those who attended the evening.

In addition, the club AGM was held last Monday again at Long Sutton and saw over 30 people attend this important meeting to again inform all members of domestic league, club, county, national and international successes as well as discuss the current financial accounts and elect committee members to run our club to the best of their abilities. The highlight on the evening was proposed by former chairman and life member Roger Perkins to elect Kevin Ekins, Graham Hicks & Simon Lilley to also become life members due to their hard work in both securing the temporary move to the Long Sutton venue and making the place a viable and effective alternative for the club members to enjoy both the carpet and the facilities. This was seconded by all present and greatly appreciated by those new life members.
