✨ I hope you can join me on Friday morning for a beautiful Crown Chakra Flow. ✨

We’ll begin gently, moving mindfully through each of the seven chakras, creating balance and harmony throughout the body and mind.

As our practice unfolds, we’ll deepen our connection to the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), moving slowly and with intention to connect to our higher selves, awaken inner wisdom, and unlock our true potential.

We’ll close with the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, allowing their vibrations to guide us through each chakra once more before settling into silence.

In that stillness, you’ll have space to connect with your inner self, listen to your inner wisdom, and rest in the seat of your soul.

I look forward to sharing this peaceful and uplifting practice with you. 💜

Tree pose in the desert can be quite tricky. When your foundations are moving it is even more difficult to remain still. Yoga teaches us that balance is found by not being still but by continual returning.

Fond memories with friends in the desert around 10 years ago when I’d just completed my yoga course ✨🙌🏼☀️🏜️🧘‍♀️
