Hi, I'm Gemma

I am a Great Britain & England International athlete and speicalise in middle to long distance running. With over 10 years in competitive athletics and 5 years focused on sports & fitness education, I have also been teaching sport within schools promoting fitness and a healthy lifestyle to young children. It is through the wealth of knowledge & experience I have gained in working in

sports and being trained myself, in both nutrition & fitness, that has given me the passion to set up Transform Performance Coaching and allow me to pass on my experience. All are welcome from beginners to advanced (athletes), whatever your lifestyle, level of fitness or time restraints. I am Home based in the gorgeous Lincolnshire countryside, but not too far from anywhere. I am also mobile, & have access to facilities in Spalding & Peterborough.

Hope we are all keeping motivated as the weeks go on!

Here is a little challenge for you all to try!

150 Rep Challenge

25 squats
25 squats jumps
25 lunges (each leg 😬)
25 lunges Jumps

Followed by...

50 Burpees πŸ”₯

Do each exercise one after the other no stopping or resting between exercises! See how fast you can do it in.

Hope everyone is keeping well & safe!

Many of you may not be able to get out side to do a workout due to the horrible weather so why not give this mini HIIT circuit a go....

- full sit ups
- squat jumps
- mountain climbers
- press ups
- star jumps

40 sec work 20sec rest x 3 rounds

If you have a skipping rope at the end try and do 5 mins skipping πŸ™ŒπŸ™‚

Remember work hard and try and do as many reps you can in those 40secs and burn as many cals as possible πŸ’―πŸ”₯

30mins Total

10mins warm up
10x 30secs hard 30sec easy
10mins cool down

For those of you wanting to get out and get some fresh air try this little 30min running session out!!!

I've added an Easy, Medium & Hard version so everyone of all abilities & fitness levels can enjoy.

EASY..

10min walk warm up
6x 1min run off 1min walk
10min walk cool down

MEDIUM..

10min jog warm up
6x 1min run off 1min walk
10min jog cool down

HARD..

10min jog warm up
6x 1min run off 1min jog
10min jog cool down
