Sooooooo...I wanted to introduce you to 2 of my clients. Client 1 I've been working with for 8 weeks, and Client 2 for 6 weeks. Let's start with Client 1 - Evelyn.
Evelyn is 48, perimenopausal, works a 9-5 desk job and wanted to lose the weight she's been hanging onto for the best part of 20 years. She has a fairly rubbish relationship with food and has done just about every diet on the planet for 2-3 weeks, lost the odd pound, maybe even half a stone and then would 'fall off the wagon' (also known as pressing the f**k it button) and put twice as much back on.
Evelyn's stats are in the pictures below, and I could not be prouder of her and how she has started this journey. We've had daily check ins, extensive menu planning and looked at how much she moves her body and what feels good (no sense signing up to the gym of you hate it!!)
Moving forward, we're onto weekly check ins for 4 weeks and have tweaked her daily numbers to reflect her reduced body weight. She is enjoying the foods she loves, isn't hungry and is starting to repair that relationship with food. Go Eveyln!!
