Tracey has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Her knowledge, experience and qualifications have helped hundreds of women Lose Weight, Get Fit and Shape Up. Classes are held both mornings and evenings and are perfect for ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes & fitness levels. Tracey's classes are fun and light hearted with great music & great results, and the perfect way to meet & make new friends..

🩷Keep Dancing at The Pink Pony Club.. what a fantastic day we had at Woodall Spa today..

Donna warmed us up with 45 minutes of sheer Zumba delight , the best music and led by the most versatile and talented Zumba teacher I’ve seen.. 🩷

A Weighted Workout with myself followed .. a mix of upper body toning and LBT mat work 😍

Pilates with Angie. Pure class her knowledge and wisdom of all things Pilates combined with added humour made for a very enjoyable session. 🩷

And of course finishing with our lovely Kates Pilates flow… the hostess with the mostess 🩷

So much effort goes into organising one of these events.. the grounds were beautiful & her warmth made us all feel very welcomed 🩷
