💙 June is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

This month, we’re encouraging conversations, connection, and support for men’s mental health.

Too many men still struggle in silence, feeling they have to face challenges alone. The reality is that talking, sharing, and reaching out for support can make a huge difference.

That’s why organisations like Andys Man Club are so important. Their message is simple but powerful: “It’s okay to talk.” They provide free, confidential peer-to-peer support groups where men can open up, listen, and support one another in a safe environment.

Let’s work together to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and remind every man that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Halifax Amateurs JFC are delighted to confirm the first group of players who have committed their future to the club for the 2026/27 season.

We’re proud to retain a strong core of talented players who continue to embody the values, commitment, and ambition of our club.

What a day celebrating an incredible group of players as they picked up their league winners’ trophy!

An unbeaten league campaign, a season full of hard work, commitment, teamwork and plenty of fun, has seen this special team make club history. Every player should be hugely proud of what they have achieved — this success is truly deserved.

A special mention must go to Coach Becky,Not only has she guided the team to a historic league title, but she was also the only female coach leading a league-winning team this season in the U15’s — a fantastic achievement and an inspiration to the players and the wider football community.

The memories, smiles and celebrations today show exactly what this team is all about. Champions on the pitch and a brilliant group off it too.
