Do you ever feel like you’re not making progress?

It can be demotivating and not seeing any physical change in your body! However, remember that what you see in the mirror or what you see on the scale aren’t always the best way to measure in the short term.

Focus on the small wins. We all make progress you just have to shift your perspective 👌🏻

One year today since I started Harper Fitness and pursued my passion of fitness 🎂

From online fitness classes, to online coaching and now training clients at a gym whilst working full time. What a year it’s been!

Are you going to the gym but not making any progress? Or just starting out on your fitness journey? Then let me help you!

I am taking on new clients to personal train in Sowerby Bridge. The gym has 24/7 access and has limited membership which means the equipment is easily accessible!

I am still teaching full time but will be available to personal train early mornings, evenings and weekends.
