As some of you know I am training to run the London Marathon 2023. Training is going well and I am comfortably upto 15.5 miles! Any donations are gratefully received and really do make a difference, not only to the charity but to support me through my training! I have chosen asthma and lung uk, as I sadly lost one of my closest friends 16 years ago after suffering all her life with asthma. Thank you all so much! I will hopefully be organising another ‘Dancefit’ class soon… watch this space 🏃‍♀️😊

TONIGHT!!! Charity DANCE FIT class. Tuesday 22nd November 7-8pm @ Wangford community centre. £6
Come along for an hour of DANCE FIT. I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face and feeling good! 💃😍

Hello everyone, with a couple of holidays booked in soon, and classes won’t be able to run every week, I have decided to close until 13th August. I will then be back to classes every week so we are not stopping and starting.
