Good morning, the sun is shining and hopefully we are all back into the swing of normal life again!

Karate is back this evening, we will be there from 6:45 for some pre stretching stretching! Usual class start time of 7pm.

If you would like to invite a friend to trial for free today please do. Age 8 to 100 :)
