This weekend I completed my half marathon… in Ibiza 🇪🇸🏃‍♀️

Official time: 2 hours 14 minutes

Strength training will always be my main focus…
but at the start of this year I set myself a personal goal —
and I’ve stuck to it since January

Early mornings
Runs I didn’t always feel like doing
Weeks where it would’ve been easy to skip

It hasn’t always been easy

But me and my husband have been doing it together —
keeping each other going when one of us wasn’t feeling it

That’s made a huge difference 🤍

Also had my performance coach keeping me accountable the whole way (game changer)
Really grateful for that supportmomentumcoaching

And honestly… thank you to everyone on here as well
Your messages and support have meant more than you probably realise 🤍

Getting to do this in my favourite place on earth made it even more special

Already excited for what’s next…

Your approach might be.

So many women hit a point where what used to work just… doesn’t anymore.

You’re eating fairly well, trying to stay consistent, doing your best —
but your body isn’t responding the same.

And it’s frustrating.

This is exactly where my client was before we made a few key changes. No extremes. No cutting everything out.

Just structure, support, and a plan that actually fit her life.

And that’s when things started to shift.

You don’t keep “falling off” — you’re just stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle.

One off-plan meal turns into a full day.
A full day turns into “I’ll start again Monday.”

That’s not a lack of discipline — it’s just the wrong approach.

It’s about what you do after things aren’t.
