Southwater FC Southwater Football Club Founded 1958 Always looking for new players. We build resilience, team spirit, friendships & a good work ethic.

Senior Team Training currently being held Wednesday's 7-8:30 at the sports club on church lane from 30th March (Winter training at Tanbridge) 8-9pm). Currently there are 3 Saturday senior teams and 1 Vets team running in the 2021/22 season. 1st Sussex Combination division 2, The Reserves West Sussex Division 2 North and our Thirds West Sussex Division 4 Central. We also have a large Junior section

, starting with 4yr olds at our Soccer School & all the way up the age groups. We believe it is so important to develop & encourage every young person, so that they fall in love with football & can remain with the Club throughout their life. Many of our Senior players started with the juniors & are now playing Vets football with their children now part of the Club. Contact [email protected]

We have some availability in various age groups from Under 6s to Under 16s, primarily resulting from us creating additional teams for the 2026-27 season.

Our Women’s Team are also seeking new players to strengthen our current squad, with a view to building a league team to supplement the current recreational team.

As usual, we are also interested in any players who wish to trial for our Men’s Teams, who play in the West Sussex Football League Division 3 North (Thirds), Division 1 North (Reserves), and the Southern Combination Football League Division 2 (Firsts).

We are looking for a Team Manager, and Coaches, for our Men’s Third Team who will be playing in the West Sussex Football League Division 3 North next season.

Working closely with our Men’s Reserve Team Manager, we are seeking enthusiastic and talented people to continue the development of our team, which includes many young players who have come though our Junior Teams in recent seasons.

Competing in Step 7 of the Southern Combination Football League Division Two, we’re looking to strengthen our ambitious squad with experienced Step 7 (or higher) players ahead of the new season.

After finishing the past two seasons in the promotion places, and with a fully costed plan in place to meet the FA Ground Grading requirements for Step 6, this is an exciting time to join our young and talented group.
