We are back in action! Classes start this Friday, 9th of October in our new location at John Pounds Centre in Portsmouth. Classes limited to just 10 people now due to coronavirus measures. All booking to be done online before joining the classes. You can pay online or in person at the gym.

2020 will be the year when we will step things up. We are in talks with a shooting club to organize pistol and carbine intensive courses at very competitive prices in eastern europe. Real self defense has to teach you about fi****ms as well, safe operation, manipulation and use. Stay tuned. This is a clip of yours truly training last year.

Sadly our classes have been suspended as Somerstown Community Centre has been shut down due to the new Covid 19 virus. We hope to come back to class as soon as we can.
