A Classical Pilates Studio in the heart of Southsea teaching group mat classes, reformer classes, private trainings and workshops. Founded by Amy Kellow - an International presenter and 2nd generation teacher - Amy received her training with Pilates Elder Jay Grimes. All teachers at Everybody Pilates are trained by Amy and provide a consistently high level of teaching.

Pilates isn’t easy. Some moves might feel “stretchy” or simple — others will humble you.

That’s the beauty of it: Pilates is progressive. Moving from beginner to intermediate to advanced isn’t about being “the best”, it’s about feeling strong at each level and ready for the next layer of challenge. And our EP teachers are there to read where you’re at, challenge you, and guide you to what’s next.
