Happy weekend all!

As most of you know, we are Fitness Instructors delivering classes such as Aerobics, HIIT, Bootcamps, Weights, Pilates and Move2Music in Portsmouth and on Facebook live worldwide.

We are just doing a little survey and would love it if you could take a few mins to help us out.

Monday - Fratton Community Centre, 9.15 am
Tuesday - Cockleshell Community Sports Club, 9.30 am
Wednesday - St Swithun’s Church Hall, 6 pm
Friday - Eastney Community Centre, 9.30 am
£7 per class, mixed ability mat work

For the next 5 days, can you walk 10,000 steps or more, and check in with us at 8 pm every day with your daily total? This way we can hold you accountable - are you in? Comment below 😊

Did you know, that Sally and I run a few face to face Pilates classes? I have listed the classes below, in case you fancy joining us one day. Classes are an hour long and cost is £7 per class but £6 for VIP members:

Monday - 9.15 am at Fratton Community centre
Tuesday - 9.30 am at Cockleshell Community Sports Club
Wednesday - 6 pm st St Swithun’s Church hall
Thursday - 9.30 am at Cockleshell Community Sports Club
Friday - 9.30 am at Eastney Community Centre
