Trampoline & Gymnastics Club run Trampoline and Gymnastics sessions at various sites across Portsmouth. PSTGC offer safe, fun, enjoyable classes to children from 5 years old to 16 years old. We cater for beginners through to the more advanced pupils. All of our classes work through the British Gymnastics Proficiency Badge system with continual assessment throughout the term. All PSTGC coaches hold

a minimum level 2 British Gymnastic qualified and have enhanced CRB's and first aid training. All PSTGC classes run during term time and costs are priced per term but work out at only £5.00 per session. £60.00 for an average term of 12 weeks.

I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the years of support and commitment.

It has been hard to say goodbye to everyone this week but knowing that we have created positive experiences in sport, lasting memories and even won some medals and trophies along the way!

Thank you to my current coaches Lauren, Skye, Immy, Hannah, Trevor. Thank you to all my previous coaches as well I know you are on here as well! thank you for the cards, presents, sweets and most of all the memories we have all created x

Good evening everyone.

For those that might not know I just wanted to share some news with everybody. unfortunately after 18 years of trampolining at the John Pounds Centre my club will be closing from the end of January.

It’s not a decision that I’ve taken likely and it’s a contribution of several different factors to do with rising costs, which in turn would mean having to raise our fees so much higher, the fact that our competition trampoline is now classed as beyond economical repair so we’ve had to go down to 2 trampolines and the others also need some work. This is not possible to keep things going on two trampolines and not having a competition trampoline. My full time job is also taking up time Saturdays and Mondays which would mean I couldn’t coach and would have to cancel.

My club has been going for 20 years in Portsmouth it is an extremely hard decision to make.

We will carry on through January and I would like to thank everyone for your continued support over the years, our last sessions will be Monday 27th and Saturday 1st February.
