⭐️Terry Watson Combination Shield Competition Part 2⭐️
On Monday, our members participated in the second part of the Terry Watson Combination Shield Competition!
What a turn out we had despite the challenges of the Great British weather!
5 members participated for the chance to win the second part of the Terry Watson Combination Shield Competition.
The members opted to partake in an opportunity to win a fishing related prize before the competition🏆

What started out as being a bright and beautiful day, definitely didn’t end that way.
Ben started the competition with plenty of bites throughout the morning which unfortunately tailed off towards lunch.
Shortly after the biting action had stopped, the first fish was caught! Trevor with a beautiful little bass! Weighing in at 1/2lbs. Well done Trevor! 🐟
Soon rolled in the unpredictable British weather. Wind picking up, umbrellas flying everywhere and rain blowing in all directions, however 2 members made use of the weather! 🌧️
With our member Frank auditioning for his role in SMDAC presents Gone with the Wind💨 And our associate member Tony auditioning for a role in the new production of SMDAC presents Mary Poppins☂️
Chairman Ben came to the rescue and aided the 2 members in distress, helping them stay on the ground! Acting isn’t for the faint hearted lads😆
Shortly after that, the bites came back to the rod of our Chairman Ben! And with that came the landing of a Dogfish! Weighing in at 1lbs 5oz! The winning fish! Well done Ben!🐟
