I'm sad to say that amid new evidence and information. I've decided it best to not go ahead with tonights class

Very sorry for anyone that was looking forward to this but everyone's health and safety is number one and the goalposts are being moved regularly by this virus

We will be back stronger than ever ASAP!

Hi guys,

After lots of careful thought, we've decided to go ahead with our Thursday FIT TO FIGHT class. In these uncertain times, we feel we need consistency.

That said, if you do feel unwell or have any concerns at all, please stay home, for the health and safety of your fellow gym punx!

And remember what Lemmy said "Stay Clean"!
