We are currently looking for players and athletes to train in our football specific section. Intensity offers all services related to football through our professional football coaches.

We also offer other services related to sports performance such as Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Performance, Sports specific training, Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Rehab and Prehab"

£15 off peak 9am - 4pm All pitches all days
£30 peak 4pm - 9pm 5-A-Side (pitch 1) all days
£35 peak 4pm - 9pm 7-A-Side (pitches 2&3) all days
