Our afternoon class has AIR CON, but sadly our morning class doesn’t.😞🥵

Hi Everyone, I know this won’t be of interest to most if you - but I’ve set up a brand new FB Page...

This new page is to exclusively document and share my vision loss journey to raise awareness, and hopefully also support and educate others who may be going through something similar.

The page is called ‘Seeing Life Differently’

The content will be in the form of a video diary, and will cover everything I know, and have experienced over the last couple of years.
It will be everything from symptoms, to diagnosis and all the VERY exciting stuff that came after🤣

As I say, it probably WON’T be of interest, but if you could perhaps click on the link and maybe follow me there, I won’t be sitting there talking to myself🤭🙈🫣🤭

Some of you will know that I’ve been sharing my Retinitis Pigmentosa journey on TikTok.
This is to raise awareness, and maybe also help anyone else with a new scary diagnosis of RP…

One of the things that has been SO fascinating to me, was, that until a couple of years ago, I didn’t even know that I couldn’t see!!!

Something also very strange, is that things are often ‘invisible’. (Very VERY weird)!

Anyway, I now have a name for the invisible phenomena - it’s called ‘Perceptual filling in’.
Really fascinating for me to learn about.
