FINALLY!
Today is the day! we’ve finally got the answer we’ve all been waiting for!
As you all probably know, from the 25th July we are able to open our doors up!
We can not even begin to tell you how excited we are to be back with you all!
It’s been a tough couple of months not knowing when our doors would open again! But the wait is officially over!
So who’s ready to feel the burn! What are you guys looking forward to the most about coming back!
I know we can’t wait to see you come and smash your fitness goals! As you know if you guys need anything in the mean time, our DMs are always open❤️

EITC CAKE DAY WEDNESDAY 17th! Starting at about 9:30 for as long as the cake lasts! Everton in the community (EITC) helps individuals struggling with MENTAL HEALTH. One of our members, Vicky () , and our PT Katie () have been doing various activities to help raise money for the cause! You can track their progress and donate on their just giving page - the link will be in our description.

Our members really are amazing, thanks to your generous donations we managed to raise £225 for mental health awareness charities!🎉 Thank you to for sending us leaflets and a special thank you to who donated leaflets and came in to speak to members. Thank you to who helped organise and run so many fun activities throughout the week. 🚴🏼‍♂️🏋🏻‍♀️ Mental health awareness month is now over, but mental health is a constant and just because May is over that doesn’t mean awareness should end. We hope to continue to help raise awareness throughout the year. 💚 @ DW Sports Fitness
