💙 Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

I’m incredibly proud of the team we have at Swim, Dip N Dive.

Teaching swimming takes patience, enthusiasm and a real understanding that every swimmer progresses differently. Our teachers work hard to build confidence, develop strong swimming skills and make sure our swimmers feel supported and encouraged along the way.

So today I just wanted to say a massive thank you to our whole team for everything you bring to the pool each week and for the difference you make to our swimmers 💙

Building confidence one step at a time 💙

Our preschool swimming lessons are the perfect next steps for little swimmers who are ready to start lessons without a parent in the water.
Suitable from around 2½ to 3 years old, our lessons focus on confidence, independence, swimming skills and water safety in a fun and supportive environment.

🏊 Summer Technique Clinics are here! 🏊

Ready to take you swimming to the next level this season?

Join us for six focused technique sessions designed specifically for club swimmers aged 7 years +. Each session concentrates on one stroke, helping swimmers refine their technique, improve efficiency and build confidence in the water.

Each 60-minute session includes:
✅ Technique development
✅ Drills and skills
✅ Starts and turns

📍 Tarleton Academy
🗓️ Wednesdays & Thursdays throughout August
⏰ 7:30pm - 8:30pm
💷 Just £15 per session

Whether you’re preparing for the new season or looking to sharpen your skills over the summer, these sessions are a great opportunity to improve your swimming with focused coaching.

Some of our Swim, Dip N Dive families may remember Liv, who has covered lessons for us a few times at Riverside. She is also a coach at Leyland Barracudas and is passionate about working with children. This summer, she travelled to America to fulfil her dream of spending a second summer lifeguarding and caring for children.
Sadly, while in America, Liv was involved in a serious accident and has sustained life-changing injuries. She now faces multiple surgeries and a long road to recovery.
Her family have set up a GoFundMe page to help enable her mum and dad to travel to America and stay by her side during this incredibly difficult time, as well as helping with the costs they will face while supporting Liv throughout her recovery.

Congratulations to one of our swimming teachers, Morgan, who is in Lane 1 on the video! 👏🏊‍♀️

Today Morgan won 🥇 Gold in the 50m butterfly with an outstanding time of 31.38, taking 1.13 seconds off her Masters personal best. It’s also her fastest 50m butterfly swim since 2017.

She also went under the National Masters qualifying time, earning her place at the National Masters Championships in Sheffield in both the 50m Butterfly and 100m Freestyle.

An amazing achievement. Well done, Morgan! 🌟
