If something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts. Speak up, look out for your friends and make safe choices.

We're so proud to see Lucy and Russ featured in this post after recently qualifying as swimming teachers! 🎉
Lucy is already a valued member of the Swim, Dip N Dive team, assisting in our lessons, and Russ is coaching with Leyland Baracudas alongside developing his teaching experience.
Swimming teaching is such a rewarding role, helping children build confidence, learn life-saving skills and develop a love of the water. Congratulations to you both on achieving your qualification! 🙌
