7 weeks work!!
This is Chris, we started working together just seven weeks ago.
Chris came to me wanting to build muscle, lose some fat and improve body confidence.
He is a Dad and works long shifts, so we had to create a strategy that would work around his crazy schedule.
Chris has already trained in the past, so he just needed some structure for the gym.
The nutrition on the other hand has been a bigger hurdle, but we've got a plan in place. He still eats three big meals and two snacks per day and has a cheat day so he can enjoy a meal with his son at the weekend too.
Creating healthy habits is key to mens ability to lose weight.
